The media is all upset about the new track by Britney Spears, If U Seek Amy because its offencive and pornographic and whatever else pops into their heads. Seriously people, most of the people on the forums online can't even figure out how its obscene so it can't be that bad.
For those of you still scratching their heads, its phonetic, almost. Slowly pronounce "If U See" and you get F-U-C and then the 'K' is well, not phonetic but simply there. In neither writing nor speech does it actually spell out the horrifyingly war-causing, seal-clubbing 'F' word, but its suggestive of it, if you try hard enough.
I dare say, any young person who figures out the connection already knows the word.
For the record, yes, I have a seven year old child and I'm a conservative Christian parent as is my wife. Britney Spears is not on my 'A' list of people to invite to a party, but seriously people, give it a rest.
